premise.
 to start off, the main focus of this psl group is fun. no stress, because what's the point of that? this is a 25 and under psl group, and celebrities don't have to be nick/disney related to join! it doesn't matter to us if we have a comm of thirty or a comm of three. we just want a place where the members are active and there's liveliness on the friends page/aim so it can live. we are planning on being extremely dedicated, and we want to provide a place for people who enjoy the intimacy of psls to be in a smaller community where you have more people to interact with than you would in a psl itself. everything will be posted in this journal concerning who is coming and going... all random/lyric/cryptic post by members will be posted in personal journals or ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) multipurpose. the set update limit is 2 weeks, and at that time you can update with anything you want to. a full out few paragraphs, a one liner, a youtube, feel free to do whatever as long as you remain active. if you only pop up every two weeks to just put anything in your journal, it's not really fun for you or anyone else. we want to have as much interaction as possible and we're in the midst of coming up with different ideas to get you guys to socialize with everyone as well other fun things for the community. how to apply. basically, all you need to do is have a friends only post up. after you have that done, pm this mod journal with your screen name and you'll be added! do not forget to request membership here! if one of us isn't around to add you right away and there is more than one person requesting to be added for the same role, then we will be asking for examples to be fair to all parties.
